Official Rules For The Ceremony

1. Choose 3–5 Awards from the List Below:

Award Title What It Means Prize
The Comeback Kid Overcame fear, injury, or challenge this year A new charm or bandana symbolizing their strength
Best Supporting Snuggler Always there when you’re sad or sick A cuddle coupon or a blanket fort night
Zoomie Legend Delivered the most epic burst of chaos A new fetch toy or tug rope
Best Nap Performance Most creative or absurd sleeping positions A cozy new bed or a sleepy-time treat
Most Improved Bork Has learned or grown in a big way A "report card" and their favorite training snack
The Doorbell Drama Award Still hasn’t figured out how to not bark A chewy “shut up” bribe treat
Snack Acquisition Artist Most successful in stealing or begging food A mini charcuterie board with 3 treats
Toy Destroyer of the Year No plushie survived A new "indestructible" toy
The Emotional Support Icon Gave you everything this year A slow, intentional cuddle session with zero distractions
Most Dramatic Yawn For the drama queen moments A silly paper crown and a photo shoot
“Who Me?” Award Most suspicious innocent face after bad behavior A treat + a sarcastic “innocent” certificate

2. Create Their Stage

Lay out their “awards” (treats, toys, papers, bandanas, etc.)

Write or print the award titles on small pieces of paper or notecards

Set up a “stage” area with:

  • A towel or scarf as a red carpet
  • Fairy lights or background music
  • You acting as the host or MC

3. Start The Ceremony

  • Announce each award: “Our next category is... Snack Acquisition Artist of the Year!
  • Give a short 1-liner: “For stealing 3 slices of pizza in under 10 seconds.”
  • Present the prize
  • Applaud like they just won an Oscar
  • Repeat until all categories are awarded
